Common questions

I cannot log in

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to send yourself a reset. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email us and we will look up the account.

How do I export everything?

Settings has a full account export. It produces a machine-readable file covering every module you use, not a screenshot of a dashboard.

How do I delete my account?

Settings has account deletion. It is a real deletion rather than a deactivation. If you also hold a paid subscription, cancel it first or it will keep billing through your app store.

How do I cancel a subscription?

If you subscribed on the web, cancel from Settings. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store, because only the store can stop its own billing.

The mobile app and the web app disagree

Pull to refresh on mobile, or reload the web app. If a record is still missing on one side after that, send us the approximate time you created it and which module it was in.

A connected service stopped syncing

Connections expire when the provider revokes a token, which usually follows a password change on their side. Disconnect and reconnect it from Settings.

Help inside the app

Life Orchestrator ships its documentation inside the product, and the creature companion's Helper mode is grounded in it. Ask where something lives and it will take you there rather than describing a menu path.
