Mood-to-Stat Log Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Mood-to-Stat Log app. The Life Orchestrator platform has its own policy, linked at the end of this page.

Introduction

Mood-to-Stat Log (“the App”) is developed by Life Orchestrator. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

We understand that mood and emotional data is highly sensitive. We have designed Mood-to-Stat Log with privacy as a top priority.

Data Collection

Local-first architecture

Mood-to-Stat Log is designed with a local-first approach. By default, all of your data is stored exclusively on your device. That includes:

  • Mood entries: mood level, timestamp, and notes
  • Context tags: activities, situations, and triggers
  • Historical data and trends
  • App preferences and notification settings

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to connect to Life Orchestrator.

Sensitive health data

We recognise that mood data is sensitive health information. By default:

  • No mood data is transmitted off your device
  • No mood data is shared with any third party
  • No mood data is used for advertising or analytics

Data we do not collect

  • We do not collect personal identification information
  • We do not track your location
  • We do not access your contacts, photos, or other apps
  • We do not collect analytics or usage data without consent
  • We do not share data with healthcare providers without your explicit action

Data Sharing

Life Orchestrator integration (optional)

If you choose to connect Mood-to-Stat Log to Life Orchestrator:

  • Your mood data is synced to Life Orchestrator’s secure servers
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • You can correlate mood with fitness data, sleep, and other metrics
  • Shared data is then governed by Life Orchestrator’s privacy policy
  • You keep full control and can disconnect at any time

Third parties

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is never shared unless one of the following applies:

  • You explicitly enable Life Orchestrator sync
  • You choose to export and share your own data
  • Disclosure is required by law
  • Disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or safety

Data Deletion

How to delete your data

You can delete your data at any time:

  1. Delete individual entries: swipe left on any mood entry and tap Delete
  2. Delete entries by date range: go to History, then Select, then Delete Selected
  3. Delete all local data: go to Settings, then Data Management, then Clear All Data
  4. Delete synced data: if connected to Life Orchestrator, go to Settings, then Life Orchestrator, then Disconnect and Delete Data

When you delete data locally, it is permanently removed from your device. If the data has been synced to Life Orchestrator, you must also delete it from your Life Orchestrator account.

Uninstalling the App

Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored data. Synced data held in Life Orchestrator must be deleted separately.

Data Security

  • All data is stored using secure device storage with encryption
  • Synced data uses TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
  • Life Orchestrator uses AES-256 encryption at rest
  • We implement industry-standard security practices

Health Data

  • We do not use mood data for insurance or employment purposes
  • We do not share data with healthcare systems without explicit user consent

Children’s Privacy

Mood-to-Stat Log is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are under 18, please use this app only with parental guidance.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the date at the top of this page.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of data processing
  • Request data portability
